GWO HYDRAULIC TRAINING
COURSE OVERVIEW
GWO BTT Hydraulic (BTTH) provides the skills and knowledge to safely solve basic hydraulic tasks within a wind turbine generator, under the supervision of an experienced technician.
This training is designed to ensure participants understand the basic operating principles of fluid power systems, hydraulic systems within a wind turbine generator, components of hydraulic systems, and interpretation of diagrams.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
Participants completing a GWO BTT Hydraulic (BTTH) training course will be able to;
- Solve basic hydraulic tasks responsibly (supervised by an experienced technician), using safe working procedures and the correct PPE.

A GWO BTT Mechanical training course includes;
- Hydraulic introduction
- Pumps
- Actuators
- Valves
- Accumulators
- Sensors
- Pipes, hoses, and connections
- Oil and filters
- Hydraulic diagrams
- Pressure measuring tools
PREREQUISITES
In order to complete a GWO BTTH course, participants must:
- Be WINDA registered before arriving for the course

GWO certificate – valid for LIFETIME
